FIRST SHIFT

IMPLEMENTATION OF CMP

  • In the session 2016-17, many programmes and activities were done.  Regular use of “Interactive Boards and Visualizers” was done.  A record of the same was maintained. , CAL/ TAL  Classes for all the subjects  was carried out as per the time table.  Once in fifteen days film shows for all the classes were shown to students to imbibe manners, discipline and healthy entertainment .
  • Class library  was maintained to imbibe reading habits among the children .  A record register  was maintained by the learners for the books they read. Emphasis was  laid on learning moral values and cultures. Magazines for children were distributed in each class.
  • Regular use of TLM and activity based learning was carried out. Students   enthusiastically prepared projects.
  •  School Readiness programme for class 1 was carried out .School Readiness Booklet was printed keeping in mind the learners level of learning and development. Students came with tiffin box and water bottle only.
  • The split up of syllabus was strictly  followed for successfully  completing the syllabus on time .Emphasis had been laid upon language development. To improve spoken English  skits were practiced and to increase  vocabulary new words were introduced  under English enhancement   Program . Classes were taken daily ten minutes  were allocated  in the daily schedule for skits.
  • Subject committee meeting were held weekly.
  • Emphasis were laid on making  3-LEVEL worksheets for Slow bloomer ,Average and Bright Students.Model lessons were taken by the teachers.
  • For imbibing brotherhood and togetherness Community lunch were organised .
  • Keeping in view Swacch   Bacchey  Swacchh Bharat  health Check was carried out  on regular basis ,health record was  maintained.
  • Regular PTA meeting was  held to make the  parents aware of the curriculum ,environment ,culture and progress of  their wards ..
  • We at K.V. believe in the  overall development of our learners, so various sports and games were organized
  • Demonstration classes were held by the teachers on Saturday
  • Back to basic work shop was organized.

****SECOND SHIFT****

CMP REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF
APRIL- JUNE (quarterly), SESSION 2016-2017.
 
Under the CMP for all round development of children of primary sections , various programme
of actions are going on during the session 2016-17.
 
1.      Time table distribution –
v Time table has been prepared and distributed among the teachers with effect from o1/04/2016.
v To perform activity based teaching block periods have been assigned to all the teachers.
v There is provision for block periods for class I and II among two teachers.
v Period has been allotted for CCA , library , miscellaneous activities.
v Split up syllabus has been distributed among all teachers.
 
2.      Distribution of all necessary records for file among the teachers.
v Distribution of class registers, log books, folders, for students of all classes among respective teachers .
3.      Teaching with TLM-
 
v To improve the academic standard in class room teaching , all teachers are using a useful and effective teaching learning materials.
v Teachers are preparing TLM/Teaching aids , charts , models, puppets, masks, etc.
v Activity sheets and worksheets are prepared.
v  
4.      Computer aided learning
v CAT/TAL classes were taken by the primary teachers regularly according to time table and were recorded in a register.
 
5.      CCA –
Detailed programme for CCA has been prepared for the whole session 2016-17 and activity are going on accordingly.
 Following activities are completed during CCA period in this quarter
v English calligraphy
v Hindi calligraphy
v Drawing competition
 
 
6.      Subject Committee-
v Subject committee meeting is being conducted t.The main concern has been extensive use of Resource room and preparation and use of TLM.
v Steps are discussed to guidance to the late bloomers and the encourage and satisfy the curiosity of gifted children.
 
7.      Class room Management –
v Seating plan – proper seating arrangement
v Class cleanliness –taking care of personal hygiene
8.      Development of self discipline among children by motivating them Discussion on moral values .
9.       Follow up action –
v Follow Up action has been taken by the subject teachers to correct and minimise the mistake done by the students.
v Special attention is paid to the late bloomers and special remedial classes were conducted on Saturday.
vStudents are maintaining separate note book for English and Hindi to make this year as academic year of Handwriting.
vSpecial emphasis was lay down on communicative skills.
v Fortnightly planning of teachers diary and submission to H.M. for signature.
v Formation of different committees like discipline committee, cleanliness committee etc.
 
 
10. Library –
v New books were issued from the library and the students got opportunity to read
        them.
v Magazine and other children books were displayed in the classroom.
v Toys were given to the Class-I children as playing materials, for learning and development of thinking skills.
 
 
11. Film show-
v . In the month of April, one film show was shown to all the classes in the primary section, i.e., Classes I-V.
                          ‘My friend Ganesha’.
 
12. Physical Education –
 
v The sports materials were issued to the Primary teachers to conduct games and sports and emphasis on personal hygiene and physical education.
13. - e-CTLT
v Workshop has been conducted for the e-CTLT at vidyalaya level and teacher prepared the e-CTLT with there respective topics.
 
 
14. Saturday plan –
v Preparation and Planning –
 lesson planning for next months ,e-CTLT preparation, e- content, activity sheet, worksheets, procurement of TLM.
v Preparation of learner achievement tests and remedial work –
v preparation of standard q. papers, progress of students and designs of different activities for students at different learning levels, strategies for remedial
v Workshop and training programme-CMP CLUSTER LEVEL WORKSHOP, guest lecturer’s lecture on different issues like inclusive education, life skills, health and physical education, student counseling, parent counseling, latest educational technology, model lessons
v Use of library resources- one hour in lib., books on child psychology and personality development , communication skills

15. School readiness programme –
 
v A grand welcome to the students of Class –I was done on 01.04.2016 along with a short meeting and information was given about the school and the school environment.
v  Readiness programme was followed in Class – I on 04.04.2016.
16. Parents teachers meetings –
v To enhance the teaching learning process and progress of the students, it is very important to conduct parents meeting. Class wise PTA meeting has been conducted on Saturday under supervision of Principal.

2. Split up of syllabus upto 30.06.2016 for the session 2016-17 in various classes i.e. I-V subject wise was done.
 
3. Activity sheets and worksheets done: -
(a) Readiness programme of Class – I.
(b) Class-II, one activity sheet/worksheet twice in a month.
(c) Class-III-V, one activity sheet / worksheet after the end of the chapter based on level-1, level-2 and level-3    
      students were given freedom to write according to their level.
 
4. CAT/TAL classes were taken by the primary teachers regularly according to time table and were recorded in a register.
5. Students’ folders and master files are maintained by all the teachers and are kept in the class almirahs/box. Students’ activity sheets; worksheets and other records are kept in it.
6. Library: -
(a) New books were issued from the library and were given to the children accordingly, if required.
(b) Magazine and other children books were displayed in the classroom.
(c) Toys were given to the Class-I children as playing materials, for learning and development of thinking skills.

9. Remedial classes for the late bloomers: In readiness programme in Class-I teachers identified the late bloomers and their areas of weakness, immediate steps had been taken for their progress and improvement.
10. Physical Education: - The PEC are issued to the Primary teachers to conduct games and sports in Primary classes I-V.
11. One sentence a day as a project for improvement of communicative English, speaking skills of the students was done. Also, speaking three days in English only and the other three days in English and Hindi may be used, in this session as a project for improving language.
12. Demo class was taken by Mrs. R.K. Singh for class II D in Hindi.
13. School CCA Activities conducted: -
(a) Calligraphy competition on.
(a) Activities for classes I-V on .
               (i) Extempore Speech for junior group IV-V.
               (ii) Picture reading for pre junior group Class II.
14. Preparation of e- diary by all teachers for respective lessons.
15. Class wise Parents Teacher meet have been conducted successfully on Saturday under the guidance of Principal, class teachers. 
 
 
 
Community lunch
Under CMP primary section of the vidyalaya had Community Lunch on
21/01/ , where children enjoyed sumptuous food with their friends
and teachers. This was organized to inculcate the value of caring and
sharing among students.
